It is an excellent book. I always like the writings of Gopal K Kanji. This book gave me a wide exposure of total quality management. It was very useful for me in my industry and it will be very useful for college students too. The contents are explained very clearly and briefly.
It was easily understandable and can be implemented due to its high efficiency. The words written in these books are not very complex and it will give a good understanding of the concepts. I recommend this book to all students who have Total Quality Management as a part of their curriculum and also who wish to learn more about Quality Management.
