I ordered four items from 100bestbuy.com. last October and receive that Im 4 weeks later when I opened the box and check the items I was shocked it was not the Uttam Soni in the product description page and look on original I immediately contact their coustmer care. But to my surprise they started behaving rudely and it was clear to me that day we are not trained enough to handle search jobs there website and app has lots of products but the reliabilty must be in question after that I would appreciate if 100bestbuy will look into this matter and improve their customer service
