It could not get any worse

This is perhaps the worst online portal you could ever find. 1st they have created a fraudulent mechanism so that customers are attracted to the contest where they have mentioned that even if you lose the money would be refunded and then they mention that it is only through credits. How is it refund then???


Considering how stupid we are to get lured into making the payment into the contest, they try to fool you further by calling you up and asking you to make a payment of 7000 in advance so that you are eligible for the final shortlist....wolllah what a new way of catching innocent customers. My word, you guys are seriously good at this. Further, when you tell them that you are not interested to make the payment and ask for your money back they would say that the credits though is reflecting in your account, cannot be used till the contest results are not out.


"Great way of using our money and earning interest out of it"...


So I go fooled by my GREED and of-course their marketing strategy. However, it does not end here.


I waited for the contest to get over and then place an order for a wallet for a shade above the 599 and "BOOM" they hit you again with another charge...guest what...100 for shipping.....thugs of the highest order....


Well stupid as it felt, I had no choice but to buy the product with the additional 100. The product should have been delivered by 7 days and after 15 days "stupid me" calls up their call center which is meant for a people a little more that the laborers (don’t get me wrong, I respect them more than the respect I got from 100bestbuys. I get a response that the product is "Out of Stock" and it would take another 4-5 days. Just to try my luck to get my refund amount back, asked for a refund for the entire amount back and the smart kid on the other end of the line says "Sorry sir, refund would be only for the amount above 599". Again "Stupid me" failed in my attempt to get my money back....anger took the better of me and I used some nice expressions such as "lousy" website and service and realized it does not matter to these guys as many such "Stupid me’s" would be calling and doing the same stuff that I did. Asked for a supervisor and hear this, doesn’t get better "for that you will have to call after 11"


Thats some kind of service and a hugely popular 100fraudulentbuys website. Guys if you are reading this you know how sad this online store 100bestbuy is and please, please do not go for it all.
