Under complaint Ref no 16384402 Even the customer care dont have much time to give expect time .They are wasting the time of customers Under ticket number :8836157 "This kind of service after wining the contest you give to the participant " "how long you can run the business like this " How soon can you deliver after promising that the prize wil deliver within 7-10days its more then 65days now .If you have technical error .Please rectify it from your end .Why should I suffer because of your error.
I got the information how to enroll for the contest.I played the contest and won it also But unfortunately its more than 65 days now I have not receive my prize , i got a call sms and email conformation .I also had a chat with Customer care but have not got any good reply . The Best part when I placed my recent order the tracking number , they haven’t generated that I have to send a reminder email to generate the tracking number still tracking number is not generated for the recent order .But the prize I got email conformation and tracking number but no use taking lot of time Every time I call the customer care they always says that they can’t hear me I changed 5 different phone with different number and different service providers but still getting in touch with customer care itself is a challenge.
After that telling the story giving the token number complaint number but still no use .they have same answer for the same I have not got any prize which I won from them Still I have lots of email replies from customer care but no use .my prize I have not received it . I am escalating this case to consumer court .Because 100bestbuy is behaving childess way so court will tell them , what information should display on there sites and they are in the habit of playing false contest so teaching is required from the state government for this irresponsible company
