Pathetic & Poor Customer Care, Govt. Needs to Ban

Finally after 12 days, I received my order; thanks so much for this pathetic fast service. Now kindly find the description what I got :-


My order number id was 10842471_01, it’s clearly mentioned Koutons formal shirts set of 5, https://tradus.com/koutons-pack-5-formal-shirts-assorted-colors/p/CACMSNC2SCFSJJXY.


I got the shirts ’God knows which company’. One of them have marks. I think I ordered for Koutons. Two of them are not formal. its casual; its clearly mention on website when I bought FORMAL. One of them is half sleeves.but I think I ordered for full sleeves as mention on pics.


I believe it is either Bestbuy or Tradus that are cheating the customers. In the past 12 days, I din’t receive the order. No one contacted, no follow ups nothing. After taking money do you guys forgot the customer? If you or best buy never deliver the things what you promise; then why you are making false commitments? Being a Tradus customer long back I din’t expect these kind of services.


This really happened with me because I ordered something and send something else. That’s not my mistake and if you have made mistakes then you need to arrange picking up the wrong delivery items from my place. I am not going to send on my expense. By ordering something from your portal I made mistake. By sending then on my expense, I don’t want to make another. Kindly arrange pickup of wrong items which you send on urgent basis.


Also I want the same items which I ordered. I don’t believe in credit points or anything.
