I got a **call** today that that I have been selected **(Won)** for some contest that I had earlier registered for and I had to pay some amount to get that **product** but I was not able to understand the executives** accent properly so I asked him **2-3 times==*** again to repeat what he was saying and he just disconnected(dropped) my call. I mean I was like **what !*
i tried calling on their helpline but I the wait was to much so I had to drop the call just won something and the call center executive drops the call for asking him to repeat what he is saying its **heartbreaking and also ** poor service quality** I m sorry to say that
the idea about the contest is really good but its ruined when you have this poor service level
