I’m not disappointed today. It was my first purchase from its site and they sent me a wrong product. I ordered a Bollywood style saree and they call 3 4 times for conforming the order and telling me that you had order for the Bollywood this this saree I said yes but after the cod delivery when I open the parcel it was a desi sime saree.
I was shocked at that moment and when I call the customer care he said return it to the parcel boy and he will give your money back and when I call the guy he said mam it’s not possible, call our office. I said ok! When I call in the parcel Office he said it’s not possible call the company first he will send us mail and all! Now when I’m calling they are not picking up my phone. Never shop here.
