Pathetic company, they display Koutons and send cottons, display chinos and send jeans. Stained! When you call them the most pathetic customer service. They are fake and beware before you buy from them.
Its a sin to buy from them.
I have committed a sin of ordering a product through this website/company and was promised I will get the product as described but unfortunately they sent a different product. I spoke with your customer care team and they kept saying that it will get exchanged and some courier guy will collect the same. But even after a number of attempts trying to call them one came to collect the package and I had to send the product by myself to your registered address. I sent it on the 7th of Feb and you received the product on the 10th.
After that I called up your customer care and they confirmed the receipt of the product and they informed me that the complaints team will get in touch with me. I spoke with them and they informed me that the package will be sent back and I will receive it in the next week.
I have been trying to follow up with you guys since then but there has been utter dissatisfaction as you guys don’t respond to email and your customer care don’t know what they are speaking about. Few say the product is dispatched and few say they need to check and place the call on hold for 40 minutes and then disconnect the call.
And now after 3 months and daily calls I am still waiting for a revert.
