I came across ad by 100BESTBUY to get a Sony Xperia Z Smart phone for 699. When I made on-line payment of 699, I received a call from their site informing me that I have to pay 9999.00 to participate in contest, in case I do not win in draw I shall get a iBall tab free and 699+9999 will be credited to be utilized for purchase within 2 Years.
When I told them my inability to pay further Rs. 9999.00, the call center personnel was very impolite and talked to me rudely. I requested him to just register my name for the Sony draw, which he told that will not be done now as I am not paying Rs. 9999.00. It is perfect example of cheating and fraud by giving false information in the advertisement. That is the reason I am writing my first ever review on mouthshut to help others from getting cheated by this fake site 100bestbuy. It name should be 100Bestcheaters.com.
It is the most despicable state of affair. Hope, the issue is sorted out . People will avoid purchasing online if this continues.
