Hello, i bought polo watch with free combo of (flux men’s sports shoes( 1615)+ polo t-shirt) from 100bestbuy.com on 15th September 2013 worth rs. 1212. But the product is not delivered to me yet, when i tried to contact them through mail & by calling i was getting the same answer it will be delivered to me in 5 days, but 55 days already passed & they never telling me what problem they are facing & they cut the call, even not listening me properly.
When i last time called them and threatened to complain against them in consumer court than their customer care executive is saying that "jis bhi court mai jana hai jao koi fark nahi padta. Hum sabse nipat lenge" .
So i filed complain against them in consumer court, it will take time but i will fight & make them realize how nonsense people they are. I also contacted courier partner with the tracking no. F99249142 they provided, courier company says this tracking no. Is invalid we have not received any product from 100bestbuy with this no. They are biggest cheaters of online shopping.
I also requested them to cancel my order but they telling same thing again "it will be delivered". I want to tell everyone never ever buy any service / product from them.
