I had two mobile phones from the website with order no. 12292391 & 12292654 . The first thing is that they didn’t had the stock then also took the order and afterwards they communicated that it’s out of stock and still it’s six months they have refunded money only for my 1 order the other order’s money is still pending from six months.
They support staff are so dumb that they cut the call in between as they don’t have any idea regarding. I have written mail to their some management level person named Shreyans Chopda but he is also not interested in the same. I have already forwarded my credit card statement and bank details and all but they still are not working on that.
They staff are such an idiot that they don’t the process of their website and all each time I have to explain from beginning that my orders were their one payment was done thru Payu portal and other thru EBS but the EBS portal money is not refunded but as usual they dont have any idea what is Payu and EBS they only reply that we need to check regarding it
It would be my suggestion that don’t ever purchase thru this website. It’s the worst online shopping website.
They are total frauds.
