Beware! This is a 3rd grade company that has employed full time cheats and arrogant Call Center agents. I bought 3 T Shirts for 1059.00. Cost of the T Shirts declared was Rs.800 and balance amount was taken for Lottery of Samsung Mobile.
Failed to win in the lottery, it was assured that, balance amount Rs.259 will be refunded. I received the T Shirts and found them to be factory rejects with stitching/cutting error. When I called them and mailed them 20 times, they agreed to pick-up the consignment back. Later they retracted and even claimed the material was not paid where it was sent on COD. Nor did I get any information on Samsung mobile which looks like gambling here.
I have filed a case in the Consumer forum and awaiting justice. Users please do file a case against the cheap 3rd rated company and make sure you get your money with compensation. Share their deeds on social network and create an awareness.about this fraud company.
