102 NOT OUT is a film in which Amitabh Bachchan( Dattaraya) teaches Rishi Kapoor ( Babulal) to live life.
Babulal’s son take about everything of Babulal and he finally comes to take his house but Dattaraya did not wanted this to happen and make his son safe. Finally he succeeds in changing the views of Babulal and let Babulal’s son be embarassed in front of public and made him go back to foreign without the land/house.
