We ordered for chole bature, lassi, gobi paratha and mostly all tasted very well.Though, I did not like the lassi much. It looks like some chemical or artificial flavour was in it. Price is very reasonable.
The fact that it’s purely vegetarian, and doesn’t offer home delivery may be a turn off for some, but there’s nothing as refreshing for the palate as the occasional stuffed paratha and glass of thick lassi.
They’ve lost some of the personal touch they had initially: You no longer hear your name shouted out from the counter when your takeaway order is ready.
In fairness, the dhaba seems to be undergoing a little bit of remodeling at the moment, so maybe that homely feel will be back when I revisit this place, maybe a year down the line.
