We (My friend & I) had been to 180 Proof on Nov 19 evening. We had two flamers and a cocktail.
Later, I asked for the bill and payed it (1805 bucks). Even gave the waiter a decent tip (95 bucks). But my friend couldnt take so much of alcohol and she threw up. She managed to go to the ladies room though.
Now started the bad time...I had gone downstairs to see how she was doing. Now, when we come back up, the cleaner asks me for money for cleaning up the place! and our waiter also asks me to give the cleaner some money as tips! I wasnt in a mood to argue so I payed up (20 bucks). It doesnt get over even now...since my friend is having a bad hangover, I ask for lemon juice. The waiter serves us the juice and also gives us a bill for 80 bucks !!
I am shocked as 180 Proofs callousness in treating its customers. I have been to other pubs where the waiters have been very courteous and understanding..esp at Bunkers. 180 Proof comes at the bottom when it comes to service/customer satisfaction.
I can safely predict that if it continues in the same way, it will close down shortly. In its greed to make 80 bucks for lemonade, it has lost a customer who would have given it a business of at least 1000 bucks per visit.
BAD BUSINESS !!!!!
Hopefully it can shape up...but until then, my recommendation to you all is....Skip 180 Proof...its not worth the money.
