I ordered 2 sets of Accuchek Instant Strip pack from 1Mg.com but received only one. Immediately after opening the packet I reported the issue on IMg.com app plus also put my complaint on chat window. Despite multiple followups I received no response from 1Mg.com team, Interestingly you cannot find contact details on their Mobile App. Thanks to GOOGLE, I found their call center number. After calling hem, they assured me of response within 24 hours, but got no response in past 36 hours.
My advise to all consumers, If you like their discount offers, don’t get into their trap, use PAY on Delivery or CASH ON DELIVERY option. Quiite likely if you had paid in advance, you will not get full deliver. In urge to cover more geographies they have no control on the suppliers, Suppliers don’t listen to them.
