BLOOD TEST from 1MG

Recently my family booked service from 1mg under monsoon blood test scheme. Worst experience regarding payment process. Customer support is worst too not even 1star.


Out of 3 reports we have got only 2 reports while they have deducted amount for 3. Latest update: amount has been refunded driectly to bank but there was no such notifications, but refund is reflecting in passbook. After that we asked them weather they have tested the blood on the same day of collection? If yes we will simply pay again, if customer care can send us payment link.


But again to confirm a small matter they will call you several times waste your time and would do nothing. you have to explain each person the whole story and they will send you bunch of emails. Finally yesterdsy night the payment was successful but again they have refunded and now they have mentioned that there is some problem with gateway. In order to collect report we have to pay using different link and they will send razor pay link. Now again without confirming the time they have sent email of payment link which is valid for only 30 minutes. It is not pissible to look after for emails without having a time confirmation. Basically this link has been expired. Pissed of with this kind of service.


Poor understanding, poor communication.
