The delivery is never in the prescribed time. Yesterday, the delivery guy reached at about 6:30 PM and when called me I told him that I am coming in 15 min. During the time he was distributing within the same area. But when I called him after 15 min he denied distributing the item at my home which was just 500mtr away.
