I was waiting for movie like this so that I could go to theatre and watch a movie and not regret afterwards. So, its for a standard audience. Acting is good by all actors, the direction is good, many of the issues like dowry, the myth that only women should cook, caste differences, that still India is stuck in has been dealt with.
This movie will appeal to those who are very broad minded, intelligent audience who believe that its time to become liberal nation.
This movie will not appeal to people who think ki Mera culture caste mahaan hain. You know ppl who are very proud of their culture and all that. At the end, this movie tells that all men women are equal irrespective of their caste religion, which actually does not exist in reality unfortunately.
