Chetan Bhagat has penned an excellent plot in "2 States The story of My Marriage".
It has typically Indian setting. The plot seems so authentic that one can almost sense
it happening in one’s neighborhood. The story starts with fairly predictable boy meets girl in a college situation and then the drama unfolds when we see clash of mindsets, rituals and personalities. The situations are hilarious because most of the differences arise due to north and south Indian mindset. The real life clashes between the boy and the girl are also funny when they try to prove their viewpoint right. On the whole, Chetan has written a simple and nice story with refreshing approach. It is definitely value for money pruchase.
