Yes the title says everything. Don’t even think to buy from these guys.
1) The product they show on website is absolutely different then they sent.
2) They do not accept returns by giving some reasons.
3) They took more than 20 days to send the product( I actually bought pendent to gift to my wife on her b’day but the product came after her b’day)
4) Support on chat always have same replies and they don’t care of clients( If you don’t believe me then try their online chat anytime).
5) Their offers are not offers actually because product quality is 10 times lower than what they show.
6) Everywhere they have put fake reviews for their product( I am an internet marketer and I know how people add fake reviews so I know they have 100% fake reviews).
I purchased a pendent and confirmed on chat that if I don’t like the product, I will return it and the representative accepted it that I can return that particular thing withing 30 days. Now when I received the product, the pendent size was for children not made for adult girls and they gave it name love pendent. So I requested them that I want to return but they refused my request and they didn’t gave me any option. They show large size picture on their website but actual pendent size is very very small. I have attached a picture of product what I ordered from them which shows very large size.
I request not to buy anything from 21diamonds. They are fraud and cheaters. Don’t even believe what they promise on chat or via emails. They never follow what they say.
