Iam from Trivandrum, Kerala, I had bought an intercom telephone from 24seven india on[protected] and was delivered on[protected]. But the product is not working and is of deterior quality. In their site they are agreeing 100% refund / return policy but the mechanisms are not working in their site and also customer review facility is also purportedly disabled. By mailing them gives no response. They are cheating customers by looting money by the means of online ecommerce portal.
