On 22nd Jan my brother was there was an walkin- Interview.The concerned person who took his interview, asked him to say something about himself and when my brother started talking.He was stopped and told, I don’t understand anything you say. Maybe even INSULTED.
I am also an HR person, I fail to understand this. Definitely he is not looking for sympathy.But atleast would have had the courteousy to ask more about why he is speaking the way, he was speaking. I am personally disappointed with what happened. You really need to work on your HR team.
