2gud.com or 2Gud app is an online platform where anyone can buy second hand or used product at less price.
Once I ordered a second hand mobile from there for rough use. But I had to return the mobile because it had too many scratches.
The customer support service is very pathetic because at first they refused to give me any refund and instead they wanted to give me a replacement. But I refused as I doubted the product quality after my first buying experience with them.
After forcing them again and again finally they gave me my refund.
After that I never even tried to buy anything from them. On the website/app one can see the details about all products, but in reality the products are not good as shown in photos. The quality of the products are not checked I think.
Also product prices are way too higher though they are used or second hand. Also one can’t rely on such second hand products. They might be defective as well.
But the delivery of the product was good and well packed. It was a timely delivery I must admit.
