I am so sorry to write a review about this travels. For me it was a worst experience. From their service we went to Manali with my family.
But we could not enjoyed there. We did advance booking and before booking they told the hotel rooms are air conditioned. Before the trip itself we paid full amount.
When we reached there we got very bad hotel which is not cleaned and full of dirt. There is no air-conditioned or not bathroom attached. We compliant them about this hotel. But from their side there were no response and rejected our request.
And they could not cover all places in manali. The tour operator was not helpful and he doesn’t have any knowledge about the places.
Even they booked some rental cars, it’s condition was very bad. Two times the tire got punchared and spend more than 3 hours for that. We wasted our time and money as well.
They are not capable of organising this trip and cheating people by telling good expectations.
Overall I disappointed by this trip and won’t go again with this service. I should go to manali with any other service.
