There are no policies . If there are any policies they will keep on changing according to the requirement of employee by 3i .
I never felt that it is an organization it seems more like a shop (lala ki dukaan) where some idiot will do whatever he feels like to make or break an employee ’s career. I know almost so many client of 3i , no body even for once said anything good about this organzation. This shop is run by dishonest people. They cheat their clients and they cheat their employees .
