For people who are planning to work for 3i-infotech Malaysia, I write this review to warn you.Working here is the worst working experience I had. Most of the Indian’s are unprofessional, especially the Operations Manager is very annoying most of the time. Does not give what is promised to employees.. and when it’s time for you to leave and transfer to another firm.. they give you hard time .. holding off your salary.. asking you to pay a months salary.. etc..
They don’t pay overtime.. but they will require you to work more than 14 hours a day.. too much politics.. don’t have a good Software Development process.. that is why most of the client are unsatisfied.Working culture is the worst I have ever experienced.. it’s not like an IT firm at all.. too much gossips..
It’s up to you.. You can always try it.. :)
