I left the job from 3i infotech on nov 2015 due to their mismanagementat the client site. I was placed at icici center churchgate and every month on an average 4 people left the job from IT dept due the site mismanagement.I was working their as system engineer but as no engineer available they tend us to do the desktop jobs as well where we need to move the asset from the floor to floors.The worst part is their is no food for IT dept in canteen. The two dept of icici bank as security an Prudential they fight just not to give the food to the guys from IT depts just bcoz they dont want to take the management responsibility& none of the manager or Tl will take a stand for you.NO increment and NO employee value at the any sites.If they found site closed they ask you to move at the location where it make difficult to travel so you can left the job automatically.Employee get no appreciation nor travel cost if they send you to the field site. Simply work if you are fresher i.e just for 6 month to gain exp or else go with tech BPO thats much better
