Went for a dinner to 4 Seasons, Tolichowki, Hyderabad with my relatives from US who are visiting India . Ordered an Indian Platter costing Rs.1800/-. The shrimp fry was rotten and smelling like anything. We complained to the Manager. Surprisingly instead of apologizing on the same, he was trying to defend it . He brought a fresh piece of prawn and told us that that is from the same lot.
But after smelling the rotten ones supplied to us, he couldn’t speak. But we expected an apology from the management. But instead, they charged the full amount for the bad and spoiled food. The attitude of the management was totally disappointing. Decided never to go that restaurant again.
