The customer service is not that g8 at 5 spice. The waiters has some type of an attitude. The food is good, specially chineese. The boose is very expensive. The Food is also expensive but manageable. The restaurant should reduce thier price on the booze by 30 % and food by 20% and they it will be value for money.
Overall one can visit the palce ocasionally to taste good Chineese food. The place is crowded with people because the location of the HOTEL is very good. You c any joint at Pali Hill area will do well.
Service quality :
But is you compare the service to hotels like Urban Tadka, Andheri West. Nothern Takda Thakur Mall etc. You will five that this place has poor service standards. I mean the waiters need to serve with a smile and not behave as if they are doing some favour on the guest.
Ambience : Ok, But the place is noisy at times.
