Lost many days read money just because their system is down or because of their poor customer care. Took more than 20 days to get my password reset.
They have no system to send your password other than your phone. and if u don’t have mobile or change your number then God saves you.So many hidden charges. and customer care is pathetic and un-knowledgeable.
Their TTK advance s#ck Many time it just refuses to load and is very slow. Wish I had read reviews before opening an account with them.
I am stuck and looking for ways to get out.
