We booked the hotel through cleartip and booked for a OYO hotel. The photos shown on the website were for some other property and we were made fool to pay many folds showing it a 3 star property. The hotel does not have a lift. The stairs leads to narrow corridor of may be 3 feet and then to a small room of may be 10 feet by 10 feet. A small 0.75 ton window AC was there, which was too noisy and on request to check the answer was’IT WORKS LIKE THIS ONLY’.
There is a 20inch flat Tv installed which I have not seen in any category of hotel these days. There were mosquitoes everywhere and on request GOOD NIGHT mosquitoes repellent was provided. The washroom was just 3 feet wide making it difficult for a person to stand without touching the walls. No toiletries except a hand wash dispenser were provided.
They dont have any restaurant and the complementary breakfast they provided in the room which was just puri-bhaji and upma. On lot of request they were kind enogh to provide tea. The hotel staff was too rude on any complaint that we decided not to ask anything to them and called OYO also without any positive result. Felt cheated after this 2 nights horrible experience. Dont want to recommend this hotel to anyone.
