8 X 10 Tasveer - Watch it for Akshay and the climax suspense plot.
Cast: Akshay Kumar, Ayesha Takia, Girish Karnad, Sharmila Tagore, Javed Jafferey, Anant Mahadevan, Benjamin Gilani, Rushad Rana.
Plot: The movie starts just like a BANG!!. A boy looking down at his football with fear-stricken face from top of a mountain, and his parents are running towards him, and then Akshay enters as a forest ranger (he is looking cool in that role) and capture a bear-catcher from his jungle and showing his supernaturall skills. But in actuals, he can just look at a photo and can find the truth by going into the past of the person whom he is looking to. But he’s just got 1 minute, or else he can die. Just then, someone kills his father, and he had to find the truth behind his father’s death. He just have a picture of 4 business partners. He had to find the truth, and then the journey started. Everybody comes into the scanner, but then suddenly.... (Watch the movie for its ultimate climax)
Pros: 1. Obviously the climax plot is amazing thinking, supported well by the background score.
Akshay Kumar looks cool as a forest ranger and truly he can act in any role.

Javed Jafferey, again showed that he got some serious acting skills, by playing the role of a half-psycho-cum Hyderabadi speech Cop investigating the murder case of Akshay’s father.
Cons: 1. Slow pace of the movie, and a boring 1st half.
- You feel like there’s nothing in the movie and you feel cheated by the renowned director Nagesh Kukonoor (Iqbal, Dor, Bombay to Bangkok fame), until you reached to the end of the movie. But its because the director wants you to feel like that to make the solid effect of the movie (climax) on you.
