I was searching for a flat in Pune, one of my friend suggested me to use 99Acres app. This app is useful for selling and buying the properties. I had good and bad both the  experiences.

Pros:

1. Easiest way to search the properties.

2. You can filter the properties by multiple filters like area, location, price etc.

3. You can contact to dealers.

4. Compare prices.

Cons:

1. Most of the times brokers will call you, not actual owners.
