I ordered flowers for my husband for today as its Valentines Day and they delivered it before time. Never Mind, I called them to ask whom did they deliver to as I know at that time my husband wont be there to take the order. They straight said they don’t know the receivers details... Common how are they ever gonna know if they delivered to the right person... I was fortunate they delivered to the right destination however wen my husband got the flowers 2 hours later they were all dried and died... All roses were almost dead. :(
Wanted to surprise him with those flowers but the flowers were so sad that first thing my husband said - These flowers are dried. Terrible man... Absolutely no after sales service...
