This is what I wrote to them regarding a skirt I bought from 99labels:
After ONE wash it has shrunk to half the original size and I cannot wear it anymore. The fabric is such cheap quality and looks like something that should be used for wiping the floor.
I cannot believe that a site like 99labels would sell cheap quality stuff like this. I have been a customer since the time you started this site, and have never had such a bad experience. Can’t believe I wasted 499 bucks on this skirt.
And here’s what they have replied:

We would like to inform you that firstly we can not entertain any complaint after 3 days. (So if you wash a product after a few days and it gets ruined then they are not accountable?)
Secondly we can take the return for used and washed product. (They mean ’can’t’ not ’can’)
We fail to address your complaint further. (Fail at sales also because no one will buy from you!)
We value your association with 99Lables and thank you for your support & co-operation.
We reassure you of our continuous support.
