Okay, so I ordered a Saree for my mother from this rubbish site. Initially with their advertisement on FM all over, I thought it would be a good site(they were going gaga about EdHardy). So I just checked out their stuff and ordered 1 piece which seemed to be pretty decent on the face of it.
They were claiming good discount. The biggest mistake I did was I made a pre-payment for it(should have chosen COD for peace of my mind). After waiting for some days, I was a bit worried, I contacted their customer service who told me that they were tracking the order.
So it came out that the package was lost, they have no idea about what happened to it. They offered me replacement but of-course it took ages for them to get things straighten out, and not to mention the numerous calls I had to make.
I wonder what is up with these big online sites. Have they no importance of customer service at all..I doubt I will ever want to buy from them again!
My recommendation to all : NEVER shop with 99Labels unless under pain of death.
