A call to Sell

This  review should have been about 5 best Books, but I choose  to write my review only on one book which is currently making waves across political fraternity and in India and abroad. Yes you have guessed it right; I am talking about the going to be immortal book in the history of Indian Politics A CALL TO HONOUR written by Mr. Jaswant Singh.

To be frank, I have yet not read the book.

I am sure our CEO will definitely love this review? As he has loved my previous review on Government, which he has cut from the site  and framed in MouthShut office, I have seen it myself, I am not joking you can visit the office anytime to have a look at it, rate it and pass your comment on it.

Please relax Faisal. I was just joking, you can be assured that this review is not controversial...

Back to the review    A Call To Honour, has become the bestseller in India, thanks to the writer, for creating scare and making a controversial statement to hype the book sale, this is what we can say now, I am surprise responsible person like Mr. Jaswant Singh our former Minister has acted like many other authors, who creates controversy and sell their  books.

It was irresponsible on his part to sensationalize the issue of a Mole in the Prime Minister Office who has leaked India’s nuclear plans to the US and Khandhar – Hijack of Indian Airlines Flight ransom paid to the terrorist of Rs.900 crore which has been not revealed , just to boost the sale of his book, how cheap. And a week later he feels that he shouldn’t have written the book itself when it has all ready created controversy.

And now I think so he has made a mock of us all (Nation) by his latest statement that he doesn’t yet know who was the mole in the former Prime Minister office, whether he was government servant or a civilian nor was the ransom paid to the terrorist.

Even his party and the ruling party have called his allegation outrageous and irresponsible. Certainly even I think the same and somebody has to take legal action against him for such irresponsible statements.

By now many of us believe there’s nothing honorable in his book.

According to media in India, any book that sells 5, 000 copies is a success.

Facts: - Trade circles say the book, in the market for a week, is on course to selling 50, 000 copies. That will put it on a par with the last non-fiction bestseller, President APJ Abdul Kalama’s Ignited Minds.
