A Feast of Vultures: A must read

I bought this book after watching the writer’s interview on news.

Author: Josy Joseph

The Author in an investigative journalist, who put together this book after 10 years of research into political and business nexus.

Writing:

Unlike Chetan Bhagat the author knows to write in English. That’s a wow relief from the recent Indian books. The language is of good taste and well written.

The most important thing is the content and the content is an eyeopener. It talks about how the corruption and I know someone politics affect the daily life of ordinary citizens. For instance 70% of government welfare money vanishes before it reaches the needy people. How you need to know someone to get work done. The stark contrast in government claims and ground realities. A village which now has power on paper but on ground is still using kerosene lamps.

Best part, he has named people!. There is no hiding anything and shielding anyone.

He said in the interview" Let them file a case on me. I have supporting documents for everything I said in the book".

Its a must read for everyone who is interested in politics or thinks of the nation.
