Funny in the section of axn reviews I found no mention of the series ’’amazing race’’? Well the series is an excellent production by director jerry bruckhiemer. The idea is superb, the series well made and the cast, as it portrays real people, very earthy. As the couples go around the world racing from country to country, they squabble with each other, push each other, jostle with other competitors, they bring out the best in themselves. All the competitors as they whizz through countries, never get an opportunity to sight see or have fun, but they are most of the times taking part in some way which educated them about the countries they are going through its cultures, scenic places and people. who wins or looses in the end does not matter, what is paramount, is the adventure, realism, and the spirit behind the game, which I would sum up more as a real sport
