I ordered a high chair from them, they said that the product is available, but after paying the amount I din get confirmation mail from them, I have to call them about it. Then after 3 days they told that the product is not available and they will refund the money. I said ok but when ever I call them about asking about when I will get my refund amount the customer care ppl willl say they will call me back but they wont but finally I got my money back after 16 days. It would be nice if they update the site when a product is out of stock and improve customer service
