Aa Dinagalu Hi mouthies. Its time again for me to spice up on mouthshut. I decided to write on the commercial movie, - Aa Dinagalu(Those Days) Its the debut movie of Chaitanya. Truly a master piece of this year. After seeing mungaru male(Saw that cos of the hype that movie created) and found its just another ordinary movie. But this movie I saw within the third day of release after seeing the review of the movie. The hero(Chetan) and heroine(Archana) are very promising. She looks very fresh and innocent. The star cast is choosen very carefully to suit their roles. Though it’s a story inspired by real events as said by Sridhar( Was a gangster in real life).
The movie does not touch the abusive language / violence / or vulgarity in any way. The credit goes to the director. Cos though the movie is oriented on underworld there is a sensitive love story essence merged. Girish Karnad gives a clean touch for his role as a sophisticated, rich businessman. Vinay Prasad his wife is a dummy role. Chetan, Son of this businessman – Not a spoilt brat. Archana, - She is the heroine. A dance teacher. Though there is no dance of her in the entire movie.
Ashish Vidyarti – Played as Jayaraj(Gangster of early 80s) Dharma – Played as Kothwal Ramachandra(Gangster of early 80s) Atul Kularni – Played as Sridhar(Gangster of early 80s) That’s all about the star cast. The movie does not pass any message to the society. But it reveals how a ordinary citizen can get involved in the underworld for a idiotic situation in his life and how he comes out of it. The movie needs a standing ovation as the story line is very sensitive. One can see the Bangalore in 1980s with the same ambience. Credit goes to the technical team. It’s a family movie. Do not miss such good movies in kannada. As very rarely we get to see such movies. I haven’t revealed the plot in the movie. Cos every sequence is thrilling and interesting. Do watch the movie and then rate the article. Its truly a faily entertainment.
