I wanted to transport my bike(Royal enfield bullet) from delhi to Bangalore and a mid size suitcase having some clothes and book. I looked for most of movers and packers and had almost finalized one .then I would say my badluck struck me and I got a call from AADHUNIK(Mr. Tanmay) and he quoted me a very low price as compared to others and promised me it will be delivered in 6 days easily and I, like any consumer, got attracted to the price and service mentioned.
First of all they never told me that they will only ship my stuff once my cheque payment will get cleared from delhi. I handed over my stuff on 2nd of a month and it started from delhi on 9th of the same month. so 7days late.ideally it should have reached bangalore on 9th as per the promise. Meanwhile no on gave me any conclusive answer about whereabouts of my stuff, they just kept saying will tell you today, tomorrow and so on.
Then on 10th I get to know it just started yesterday and will reach Bangalore on 16th of the same month. I adjusted with that also. On 15th when I called they delayed it further by 3 days and told me it will reach by 19th.on 19th in the morning I then called and some Pradeep kumar from Bangalore office told me they cant deliver it on 19th they will do on 20th. on my insisting they said they will delver on 19th late evening.which was one more FAKE promise.! Finally I got my stuff on 20th morning.after a delay of 12-13 days.
Condition of my stuff:
1. Bike was packed in a very bad condition:
Handle was misaligned, Back light was broken, Side indicators were almost broken and misaligned, exhaust pipe was bent.
2. My suitcase: Lifting handle was broken, lock was broken, no packing for suitcase was done as promised, material inside was upside down and books were in a bad condition.
3. Service was very very poor.not proactive information from Aadhunik PandM .its always you only who will follow up till the last breath of your life.they just done give a damn about it.
Please please do not get attracted by their CHEAP service cost and nice words at the time of booking.they will make all sort of promises and then will not deliver.and as a consumer you wont be able to do anything about it.
Very very bad experience.don’t fall in their trap even by mistake.!
