3 weeks ago, my senior citizen parents were tested COVID postive and admitted here. The COVID ward facilities are extremely good and satisfactory, patient care is the utmost priority. Though, i was not fully satisfied with the Non COVID unit, few nurses are quite new in their jobs, but when i esclated my concern to MOD, all things gone smoothly. But i want hospital management to take this feedback positively and train the staff accordingly.
Special thanks to Dr. Prabhat Ranjan Sinha and Dr. Rajiv Mittal for the sincerity towards my parents and consoling me as i was very tensed and impatient. Thankfully, my parents got COVID negative report in net 14- 15 days.
