I shipped my Enfield on 26th of November 2014 to Jaipur when I was assured a delivery within 4 days(tops). I called up on the 4th day and was told by a lady that its about to reach Jaipur, just that the bike would be unpacked and washed before delivery.(Okay).
The next day as expected there was still no delivery. The second day after this, I called up again and was told by the same lady that she had called up at my alternate number earlier and told that the shipment is still under processing and would be delayed by 24 hours, I confirmed at my alternate number, there was no call.
Now, the 7th day I called up and was informed that there had been a break down in the truck that was carrying my shipment and it is stuck near Jaipur somewhere around 200 kms from it, however it would reach me anyhow by Sunday evening.
Now, this morning at 9:42 IST, I got a message from safe express that my items have been shipped from Pune.
I called them up and they told me that the item was shipped by me from Pune, however I have never been to Pune in a year. When I confirmed the amount, it was the same amount that I paid to them, so called professionals, in advance.
Its been almost 10 days now, still haven’t received my shipment. Now, they either don’t pickup the phone or hang it up, Moreover, why is everybody in their organization named "Sachin".
