*bollywood very rarely have seen some different movies so often , but lately it seems to be raining of these kind of movies.when you try something different only two results is possible either it can go horribly wrong(no smoking) or it can bring new dimension in bollywood(chak de, taare zameen par, black friday).
aamir belongs to second category, i had very very high expectation from the movie as frankly I must tell you I am very fond of rajeev’s acting and his brave decisions to say right to right that’s why I expected I brave cinema and I got more then what I was seeking.
the movie is not only debut for actor but it’s a director’s debut too very rarely you see two main pillar’s debuting in the movie that ios not regular masala movie.coz there is always a chance of amature handling of subject but after seeing aamir I can definately say that "IT IS THE MOST OUTSTANDING DEBUT OF A ACTOR AND A DIRECTOR THAT TOO IN SAME MOVIE IN RECENT 10 YEARS OR SO".
the plot is very tightly gripped as there was a certain chance of overacting in the script but rajeev did a fantastic job of not doing that.the movie grips you as it starts and through out you cant blink your eyes from this pshycological thrillar .the real location shooting gives a new dimension to the movie .
the movie is all about a muslim doctor who came india and got trapped in an unsual situation and have no time to decide his fate he have to do wha the is being told , it’s a journey of an ordinary man to became aamir(leader), in meanwhile the camera work and the editing did what you need for a absolute thrillar.
the movie moves very fast and dont give you a chance to relax and when the climax arrives everythings stops and you see what you are not expecting at all this is where the film ends in a high level, so often we see the movie carry well in most times but loses in climax but here it is not the case.
"rajeev khandelwal" is the future star as potentially if you see acting wise he did a grat job and he looks like aamir the charactor you can identify and relate with him
the director rajkumar gupta need a pat on his back for giving us such a brilliant movie
camera work is excellent and so is editing , music is only in background but very situational mainly"ya raham" is brillaint track by the debutant music director.
overall what can I say I gain more then what I wanted I know may be this movie will not become as big as chak de or taare jameen par but on the satisfaction level you might gain more ,
