Booked the place for June 11 and 12th for june 2016,
We being into a very hectic schedule couldn’t make plans for longer holidays. Thus have visited Country inn suites, Ajmer Twice in a year. this time for a change booked aaram baagh pushkar, by make my trip.
Once we enter the horror starts.Very uneducated staff welcomed us at reception, we are being asked to go to the room by our car. thats fine.Later . my family and the room service was standing out of the room without keys. lately he took us to another room. the room which was given to some Manish. we were given a welcome letter with the name of manish, ( DONT KNOW WHO) POOR MANAGEMENT.
As soon as we entered the room. there was a small and old TV, not even an LCD and a mattress was so poor in quality that we can feel the wood while lying on it.Amenties were not even close to my own house.by 5pm when we went to the pool, there was a drunk couple doing weird activities and 6-7 men drinking beer inside the pool.
Finally when we asked for cleaning and extra BED(have paid already) we have been provided extra mattress that too very bad in condition. there was no carpet under it and it was laid on Floor.
As far as cleaning is concerned: THEY TOOK OF THE BEDSHEET TUNRNED IT AND LAID THE SAME BEDSHEET IN FRONT OF US. wearing dirty shoes they were roaming here and there near extra bed.
