On 14-Jun-2025, I visited Aarthi Scans Vadapalani - Chennai for a blood test for my spouse with a proper medical prescription. I paid Rs 500 through the Bajaj App, but the agents at the reception desk refused to acknowledge the payment, claiming that it had not been reconciled with their systems. I was asked to call Aarthis operations manager at 99401 10502, she said that the respective insurance personnel have left and will be available only till 5pm and asked me to come next day.
I had a similar kind of issue when I paid through Bajaj App on 12-Feb-2025. The staff at the reception desk is not adequately trained on handling payments through Bajaj app. Have wasted more than 40 minutes today at the center - this poor service is completely unacceptable.
Kindly take this as a serious escalation.
