Saturday evenings are always meant for movies and after my debacle with some recently released movies, I decided not to watch movies made by unknown….unless of course I get a good opinion from people who have watched it before.
Kahaaani mein no twist
Well, this movie is the very good old ghisaaa pitaa story of tussle between love and friendship (god give us a break!!).
Emraan Hashmi and Sonu are childhood pals and both these duds fall in love with Tanushree. Sonu secretly likes Tanushree but does not have the guts to confess and just when he musters courage, Mr. Emraan comes, proposes her and they become a couple in no time.
An incident changes the lives of the three for life and as the climax unfolds, we fools realize there’s more than what meets the eye.
I think the story is not worth discussing more than a paragraph.
Performances and music
Himesh Reshammiya is one helluva guy and keeps giving chart toppers with ease and in this movie he has given songs such as the title number sang by him, and our Indian idol Mr. Abhijit Sawant ( Mar Jawaan Mit Jawaan)……..numbers are quite catchy….
Emraan Hashmi is still acting with the same Murder hangover and needs to get over it….and please Mr. Emraan start doing different roles ( and stop doing your soft porn stuff)…..
Sonu sood had impressed me in Yuva but in here he needs to improve more for sure.
Now for Ms. Tanushree Dutta , well she is surely hot and uses that to a good advantage in the whole film. She surely must have had a better launch….. there are scenes where she laughs endlessly and our group laughed at her rather than anything else……make up wise it is patchy and Mr. Vikram was only bothered about ample skin being shown on screen ( its no more screen presence but skin presence!!!)…..
There is nothing unique about this movie and am sure everyone has seen it all before !!!
Am sorry for having spent 100 bugs on this movie.
Warning for all those reading this article---- do not invest in this movie and it is surely worth a miss
