MY Favorite atta for roties is Aashirvad atta. Actually the name Ashirvad is the brand name of wheat flour already made, sold in many shops and supermarkets.
It is like any other wheat flour done, which remain for sale.
Ashirwad atta is used to prepare some roti and puri just to see how it is known.
Actually, when I opened the package . Ashirwad atta, I felt that this flour is very fresh because of its vacuum-sealed packaging and this flour was also clean.
We filtered this Atta before using it for cooking,
it is surprising that there was nothing left except the flour while filtering it.
The cost of this Atta is only a little more than other brands of attas, but the quality is good. When We ware preparing the roties with this Atta, the taste of roties was also very good and smooth.
